THE FIRM responsible for the oil spill which polluted the Firth of Forth earlier this month has been given a deadline to come up with solutions to prevent oil spills from recurring.
The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (Sepa) has given the Ineos oil refinery in Grangemouth until Monday to implement interim measures which will reduce the likelihood of such incidents.
