A teenage boy has been found guilty of having unlawful sex with a 12-year-old girl in a Glasgow secondary school.
The schoolgirl, who is now 14, had claimed she was raped by the pupil.
A jury at the High Court in Glasgow found a 15-year-old boy not guilty of rape and guilty of having unlawful sex with the girl in the school.
He claimed he did not know it was illegal to have sex under the age of 16.
