A Failed asylum-seeker who admitted being caught in possession of heroin and cocaine has been jailed for two years.
Pauline Vasile, known as Vassell, was arrested after police found class A drugs when they raided a house in Aberdeen.
Officers were called to 10d Jasmine Place on an unrelated matter on September 17 last year and discovered a syringe and drug paraphernalia in the property.
Fiscal depute Zoe McDonnell told Aberdeen Sheriff Court all the people present were detained for drugs searches and Vassell, 37, who is originally from Jamaica, was found to have cocaine with a street value of £935 and heroin worth £120 concealed about her person.
“She was interviewed and told the police she came up to Aberdeen with a friend and this friend gave her the drugs.
“He was shouting at her to take these drugs and she felt under pressure.”

jailed for 2 years for pushing drugs ? Thanks god he did not question the holocaust or he would have gotten 3 years or more !
