Applicants for the police who speak languages such as Turkish, Bangladeshi and Urdu will be fast-tracked into the police service under a sinister positive discrimination scheme being considered by the Home Office.

As the ban on political memberships for police officers recently announced by ACPO applies only to the BNP and white police officers this will mean that ethnic minority police officers with memberships of ‘ political organisations’ such as the Kurdish terror group the PKK, Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood will not be prevented from joining the police.

Preference for ethnic minorities

Ministers hope that the plan to recruit foreign speakers, in preference to applicants who are white and only speak English, will boost the number of non-white officers and improve race relations within minority communities. It would involve a system whereby ethnic minority police applicants that speak a foreign language would be prioritised for recruitment providing they passed very ’strict and impartial’ entry requirements for the police service, such as being from an ethnic minority and being able to speak a foreign language. As they already are from an ethnic minority and speak a foreign language they would then be allowed to join the police and leapfrog over better qualified white applicants.

As white English people are not registered as ‘ethnic minorities ‘ in their own country and they usually only speak English and not Urdu then they would be sent to the back of the queue behind the ethnic minorities that apply.

How Hazel Blears, the Home Office minister responsible for policing, will try and spin this as not being an ‘affirmative action’ plan for ‘positive discrimination’ for ethnic minorities we can only await.

The idea has been designed by Hazel Blears and the Home Office as a backdoor quota system that discriminates against white Britons but that allows the police service to avoid being hauled into court on the basis of racial discrimination. No doubt the cowards at ACPO will congratulate Mrs. Blears for her sinister plans in the hope of protecting their vast bloated pensions.

Tough targets to meet

The police at the moment are struggling to reach the ‘Stalinist Social Planning’ type targets set by the Home Office to reflect the ethnic breakdown of the people they police by 2009. This means that the Metropolitan force, for example, must increase the number of ethnic minority officers from about 6.5 per cent to 25 per cent – the equivalent of 7,500 officers – in less than five years. This is why the police have allowed ex-criminals such as burglars to join the police service in order to meet the targets and have been afraid to sack corrupt ethnic minority police officers already serving in their ranks. As long as they are from an ethnic minority that is all that matters irrespective of any previous criminality.

Mrs. Blears has also said that further new laws planned by her Liberal Fascist allies in the Home Office will give the police in England and Wales power of arrest for all offences, including minor incidents such as littering or graffiti. Though of course these new powers of arrest will not to be used to arrest the war criminals in the Labour Party who planned the illegal Iraq War or those paedophiles in the Labour Party who are now in positions of power in the government.
