Legal Advisor, Lee Barnes shows that the accusations of racism thrown at the BNP are utterly groundless.

he Daily Mail on Friday 25th June ran a story by Tony Sewell, a columnist in The Voice newspaper for the black community in Britain, entitled ‘Political correctness is betraying (and killing) young black men’. In this article he addressed the issue of the disproportionate numbers of black males in prison, their involvement in certain types of crime and the school exclusion crisis within the black community.

Whilst we in the BNP cannot fault his logic, that the pernicious doctrine of Political Correctness is damaging the black community as it is prohibiting free debate on sensitive racial issues, we cannot agree with his conclusions. Political Correctness is a malign variant of Marxism designed to replace Class Warfare with perpetual cultural conflicts in order to radicalise the working class and immigrant communities in modern atomised societies. Its entire ideological basis, from the phantoms of Institutional Racism to Stealth Racism and countless others from homophobia to Islamaphobia, is bogus. The idea that personality should be replaced with equality is the basis of Liberal Fascism.

In his article Tony, parroting the same rhetoric as the Far Left idiots that gave us Political Correctness, attacks the BNP for its ‘disturbing recent successes ‘as though the BNP were somehow responsible for the ills in the black community he assails in his article. The fact that people are voting for the BNP is a result of the problems in our society, not a cause of it.

BNP have no institutional power

The BNP have never had any representatives in Parliament nor passed any racist laws. Any so called institutionally racist structures in British society have never been created by BNP politicians. The BNP do not own or control any newspapers, TV stations, MTV, the Rap music industry, the inner city schools that exclude black children, the police that arrest black criminals, the courts that jail black criminals or the advertising agencies that promote shallow materialism to black children as a substitute for missing fathers. In fact the BNP are entirely innocent of any of the charges made in his article. It is the politicians of Labour, Tory and Lib-Dem that are guilty of the crimes he mentions, not the BNP.

Tony makes the mistake of all commentators in the media by deliberately conflating ‘correlation with causation‘. Just because the BNP are doing well in British elections does not mean the BNP are guilty of creating any of the alleged racism in our society. All the alleged racist structures in British society have been created by the very same hypocritical old parties that attack the BNP as racists.

BNP’s right to organise

The BNP cannot, under the classic liberal definition of racism, even be accused of being racist. Racism is defined as prejudice and power being applied in a discriminatory manner against an individual on the basis of their race. As the BNP have never been in government and have never had any power over anyone in the black community it cannot be guilty a priori of racism. Without power over others racism cannot occur. The BNP have in fact suffered decades of state racism in order to deny us the right to organise politically as a community.

No power sought over black community

The BNP are not racist as we seek no power over the black community in Britain even when we do come to power. We wish only to represent the collective political interests of those that form our own ethnic community. We would in fact encourage people like Mr.Sewell to organise to represent the interests of his community under a BNP government. Under the principle of multi-culturalism the right of the BNP to organise politically in pursuit of our collective interests is a basic human right. The ideological basis of the BNP is an Ethno-Pluralist philosophy based on common sense principles. This means the BNP represents the indigenous peoples of this land and their political interests as a nation. We seek only to defend the true diversity of our nation, not repress it like the Liberal Fascists of the Establishment.

The time has come for the craven capitulation of intellectuals to the terror of Political Correctness to end. Leaving even a single truth unsaid for fear of causing offence is the crime of all cowards in our country. Our forefathers fought for our right to freedom of speech now we betray them with our silence. Blood is running on our streets and families are being torn apart. Our silence is the guilt we all share. It is not the BNP who are the racists that are killing and betraying blacks in our society , it is only the asinine idiots of the old parties that are guilty of that crime.
